How to avoid the sadness??

 How to avoid the sadness??

First of all,I don’t think so you can avoid sadness.Sadness is an emotional pain associated with, or characterized by, feelings of disadvantage, loss, despair, grief, helplessness, disappointment and sorrow. An individual experiencing sadness may become quiet or lethargic, and withdraw themselves from others.

You can’t avoid your feelings, instead of doing that, you should acknowledge and understand it.So you can seek solutions or healing.

If you don,t know the reason of your sadness, you will never be able to get rid of it.

Sadness is not less than Darkness.

What do you do when there is darkness in your room?

Do you just avoid it,fight with it and start doing your work?

Or you acknowledge it and switch on the light?

You switch on the light, you invite the light so the darkness can go away.

And it does,it goes away automatically.

Similarly ,you need to invite hapiness in your life. You need to invite the light in your life so the sadness can go away.

Start collecting little moments in your life.

Start acknowledging small happy moment.

Start loving yourself.

Make a space for a sweet smile.

You will see how the sadness will go out from your life!💓
