4. Social media: Stop stalking on the social platform.

5.No contact policy: Don't call your ex, don't even text. Rather than texting or calling your ex, you can call your best friend.

6. Evaluation: Evaluate your relationship, and how much it was good or bad for your mental health.

7. Watch comedy: Find a comedy show and add it to your watchlist.

8. Get in nature: Spend your time with nature. Play with animals, and choose a beautiful and calm view to spend the weekend or every evening.

9. Update routine: Add something new to your routine.

10.Meditation: Meditate at least half an hour a day.

11. Pamper yourself: Buy a new piece of dress or shoes.

12. Be focused: Focus on your work.
